I have made it to Week 10, and I don’t mind admitting that even I am amazed. I won’t lie and tell you that it has been easy finding the time to plan and post each week’s menu, but I will say it has made life much easier. This week I am sticking mainly to recipes I know and make regularly with only one exception, the Lasagne (or lasagna) which I found over at Mel’s Kitchen Cafe. I have changed the recipe a little and will post my version very soon, but Mel’s is a great recipe and my husband and kids rave about it. One of my daughters has even tried to eat the left-overs for afternoon tea. I, on the other hand, prefer my usual, much richer lasagne recipe, but it’s nice to try something new every now and then.
