The last few weeks, no, make that a month, have been filled with sick kids and visits to our much loved GP, and this long weekend was no different. We have the vaporizer going and the ventolin happening. It has been wet and cold, so we have all been stuck indoors, and menu planning has been the last thing on my mind. No time for web-surfing for new inspiration unfortunately. I think I am hitting the mid-year slump. Everything considered (me with no sleep and feeling like the local chemist), I think I will keep it pretty quick and easy, no time for experimenting this week. But I will try to make it interesting, there’s nothing like feeling sick and being served up boring food. And I think I will throw in lots of garlic and veges.
Week 23

Sunday – Beef with Snow Peas
Happy Cooking!
