It’s a new week, I’m super organized (I think), and I’m trying out some great new recipes….FINALLY! There’s one more week until the school holidays start, so I am going to make the most of what is a relatively peaceful kitchen during the day. Remember, I still have a 2 year old and a 4 year old at home with me. This week I’m back exploring Mel’s Kitchen Cafe. When I discover a great site I usually make a huge list of their recipes to try out, far more than I will ever end up making, and end up planning a heap of them all into one or two weeks. So, this fortnight it’s all about Mel.

Thursday – Bourbon Chicken, Basmati Rice and Broccoli
Friday - Slow Cooker Italian Beef Rolls, served with homemade chips
Sunday – Tacos
