{"id":2900,"date":"2013-02-01T18:55:37","date_gmt":"2013-02-01T08:55:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/plate4eight.com\/?page_id=2900"},"modified":"2013-02-01T18:55:37","modified_gmt":"2013-02-01T08:55:37","slug":"rissoles","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/plate4eight.com\/?page_id=2900","title":{"rendered":"Rissoles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/plate4eight.com\/?attachment_id=2901\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2901\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-2901\" alt=\"IMG_1333-006\" src=\"http:\/\/plate4eight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/IMG_1333-006-300x224.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/plate4eight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/IMG_1333-006-300x224.jpg 300w, https:\/\/plate4eight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/IMG_1333-006.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500g minced lean beef<br \/>\n1 onion, finely chopped<br \/>\n150g cubed crustless bread<br \/>\n2 eggs, lightly beaten<br \/>\n3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n\u00bc cup chopped parsley(I used Flat Leaf, but you can easily use dried)<br \/>\nSplash Tobasco sauce<br \/>\n1 teaspoon salt<br \/>\nSeasoned flour<br \/>\n\u00bd cup chicken stock<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix with clean hands until well combined.<\/p>\n<p>Shape mince into large rounds, then roll through seasoned flour to coat.<\/p>\n<p>Heat equal amounts of both oil and butter in a large frying pan, add rissoles and cook until browned on both sides.<\/p>\n<p>Place in a preheated 200\u00b0C oven for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Once rissoles have cooked, remove from pan and keep warm.<\/p>\n<p>Return pan to heat, add stock and deglaze the pan.
