Spn. Mixed Herbs<\/p>\n<p>3-4 cloves of Garlic<\/p>\n<p>Cracked Black Peppercorns<\/p>\n<p>1 Cup Muscat, Sherry or Red Wine (they all work well)<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cut cloves into large pieces and place in slits made in the beef.\u00a0 Rub with black pepper and sprinkle with mixed herbs.\u00a0 Place in crockpot and pour over \u00a0red wine, muscat or sherry.\u00a0 Cook on low until done according to size of roast.\u00a0 Use juices to make gravy on stovetop.<\/p>\n<p>Our favourite way to eat this roast is to have Roast Beef Rolls with Chips and Gravy. \u00a0Yum!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INGREDIENTS: Roast Beef (I use Rump, or Blade) 1 Tbl.
