recipe for nights when the meat is not marinaded and the BBQ is ready to go. &nbsp;This one can be mixed-up and ready to smother all over your meat in minutes. &nbsp;And Mr8 has proclaimed it to be his favourite marinade.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Italian Parmesan Paste Spice Rub<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 Cup Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbl Dried Basil<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbl Dried Oregano<\/p>\n<p>1 Tbl Freshly Ground Black Pepper<\/p>\n<p>4 Cloves Garlic, Minced<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Combine all ingredients and stir to combine.<\/p>\n<p>Spread over both sides of your steak or chicken and cook to your liking.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Notes: &nbsp;If using marinade on chicken breasts, ensure the chicken is cooked through before eating. &nbsp;If the juices run clear when you pierce the chicken with a fork and the meat is no longer pink inside, it is cooked.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
