{"id":3762,"date":"2013-10-02T12:31:03","date_gmt":"2013-10-02T02:31:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/plate4eight.com\/?p=3762"},"modified":"2023-06-19T19:11:45","modified_gmt":"2023-06-19T09:11:45","slug":"indian-chicken-bites","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plate4eight.com\/?p=3762","title":{"rendered":"Indian Chicken Bites"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/plate4eight.com\/?attachment_id=3763\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3763\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3763\" alt=\"Indian Chicken Bites\" src=\"http:\/\/plate4eight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/i01769.jpg\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/plate4eight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/i01769.jpg 480w, https:\/\/plate4eight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/i01769-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is one of those meals that I like to keep for a Friday night. &nbsp;It&#8217;s quick and easy, but feels like you are having Indian Take-away. &nbsp;And it&#8217;s not too spicy for the kids either, so even my picky eater, The Vegemite Kid (who, I might add, &nbsp;even tried gravy with his roast beef the other night!) loved it and asked for seconds and thirds even. &nbsp;And he totally devoured the<a href=\"http:\/\/plate4eight.com\/?page_id=3768\"> Cinnamon Chilli Roasted Potato Bites<\/a> I served on the side, but predictably passed on the <a href=\"http:\/\/plate4eight.com\/?page_id=3773\">Po&#8217;dunk Sauce<\/a>. &nbsp;You Do Not! want to pass on the Po&#8217;dunk sauce! &nbsp;I found this one over at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.barefeetinthekitchen.com\/2012\/03\/chicken-bits-made-by-my-man.html\">Barefeet In The Kitchen<\/a>, but originated from a cookbook called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Madhur-Jaffreys-Quick-Indian-Cooking\/dp\/0811811832\">&#8220;Madhur Jaffrey&#8217;s Quick and Easy Indian Cooking&#8221;<\/a>.
