Ingredients:
4 Cups Rice Bubbles
1 Cup Icing Sugar
1 Cup Dessicated Coconut
5 Tbl Cocoa Powder
250g Copha, melted
Directions:
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Pour melted copha over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly to ensure mixture is wet through.
Make sure there are no dry ingredients lurking at the bottom of the bowl!
Spoon mixture into patty papers and refrigerate until set.
Notes: One of the great things about Chocolate Crackles is that you can use Homebrand products without affecting the end result which makes them a super-affordable party treat.
If you don’t like your crackles so chocolately you can reduce the Cocoa Powder to 3 Tbl and they will still turn out great.
