One Pan Parmesan Chicken


OK, I know I used a bowl as well, but I’m still calling it One Pan because that bowl can go straight into the dishwasher.


6-8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts


1 Cup Mayonnaise

1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 tsp Italian Herbs

1/2 tsp Ground Pepper

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

1 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt

1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese to sprinkle over top


Preheat oven to 180C.

Place chicken breasts side by side in a baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.

Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.

Sprinkle remaining 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese over the top of the chicken.

Bake until chicken breasts are completely cooked and juices run clear. This will vary according to the size and thickness of the chicken breasts.

Serve with a salad or vegetables.
