INGREDIENTS:
Roast Beef (I use Rump, or Blade)
1 Tbl. Spn. Mixed Herbs
3-4 cloves of Garlic
Cracked Black Peppercorns
2-3 Cups Muscat, Sherry or Red Wine (they all work well)
DIRECTIONS:
Cut cloves into large pieces and place in slits made in the beef. Rub with black pepper and sprinkle with mixed herbs. Place in crockpot and pour over red wine, muscat or sherry. Cook on low until done according to size of roast. Use juices to make gravy on stovetop.
Our favourite way to eat this roast is to have Roast Beef Rolls with Chips and Gravy. Yum!!
