I have some major catching-up to do on recipe posts these school holidays. There are many recipes photographed and ready to put up, but life has been super-crazy busy and family comes before blogging, so my recipes have taken a back seat to life in general. Not to worry, I’ll get there. So here is our menu for Week 38. Can you believe it? I have been menu planning for 38 consecutive weeks, totally amazing! Amazing that is because when you are posting your menu plans and feel that everyone is watching to see if you keep it up (even when you don’t really know if anyone is reading them) you feel obligated to get your act together. It’s a way to keep me motivated. So here’s what we’re eating this week, hope you find something you like.

Monday 24th September – Sunday 30th September 2012
Monday – Home-made Sausage Rolls (recipe coming soon)
Tuesday – Chicken with Mushrooms and Zucchini served with Basmati Rice
Wednesday – Taco Salad Dippers
Thursday – Roast Beef with Mustard and Thyme with roast vegetables and yorkshire pudding
Friday – PW’s Chicken Parmigiana
Saturday – BBQ – totally winging it, but I plan to make the German Potato Salad I made Father’s Day
Sunday – Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice with Turmeric and Peas
